I had went to dine in at kfc on 9th of june, 2020, i ordered for boneless strips, chicken popcorn and one chicken zinger, your employee at the cashier desk by mistake added hot & crispy which i didn't even order for but which i had to pay because it wasn't checked until i had made the payment, everything was okay and sorted, i even had a word there and then with the rgm, mr. Pramod, of that particular outlet and he said the money will be refunded in 2-3 days and now it's been more than 10 days and even being in contact mr. Pramod, there's been no refund against the same. I've everything in proof and i demand this nuisance to be cleared immediately because i had no simplest idea when your employee charged me for the same.
Devyani International customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I don't understand why I am not getting my refund money of September 12, 2015. Even they told me that they wit refund it within 20 days but 3 month already passed and still have no refund. I already call costumer care more then 30 times. Worst service i ever face in my life, am not getting back my own money. Pizza hut and devyani I can't expect it from you. Worst worst and worst company.. My mobile no [protected]

      Pizza Hut known for the brand that it is, for the fabulous taste that makes it stand out from its competitors, disappointed us (me and my wife) hugely when we stepped in one of your outlet situated at Sapna Sangeeta road, Indore (M.P) at around 10:30 pm. We ordered a Cheese Garlic Bread thinking it to be the same (if not more) than we always have at any of your branch even the same one we stepped into. The taste of bread was so bad and the bread so hard that after the first bite we went to the staff who took our order and complained about the taste, who was so occupied with other customer that he could'nt hear our plea, nothing we complained about. When our turn came we said about the taste and he was like "We serve the same taste always". Still he took that away saying "I'll serve you with another one". The next he served was not the same but worse than the first one only more cheesier. We again stood up to complain to which that man replied "this time I've made it myself", to which we again said this is not the taste Pizza Hut is known for as its not our first time here. We also tried to convince him by saying that before you used to serve it in round shape (shape does'nt matter taste does) and this time its a toast shape, as we though perhaps he has served us something else but no it was the same and atlast we could'nt convince him and went away leaving the 4 pieces of bread with just a bite from one, and paying for the whole (not that money of such amount matters but the following order would have). The experience left us cheated and disgusted and had us drawn to the Dominoz outlet just in front of your outlet. I am sending you an attachment of the bill with the mail in hope for the betterment and the same garlic bread taste which left us craving for more.

      Hi,

      Today I visited at Pizza Hut which is nearby my house (G-27, 28 29, Piyush Mahendra Metropolitan opp Dussehra) around 16:25 pm. The name of that girl was Ruksar who took my order.when I was placing the order, first I saw black Lizard at the counter. I told her to remove it from the counter and clean the place first. I placed an order for Meal that was Chx Supreme, Cheese Supreme Garlic bread and soft drinks. I waited my order almost 40 minutes which is too long in service industry as per my experience in hospitality industry because I have been working in hospitality industry from last 14 years. I had my Pizza there and told her to pack my supreme cheese garlic bread afterthat I came back to my home which is 10 minutes far from your outlet.When I opened my food, Bread was so hard to eat and there was only cheese on it. I called up Manager and disscused the matter over phone (his name is Abhishek Sharma) and Send the pictures on his whatsapp number. He apologized and told me that You will get your Garlic bread with in 1 hour. I called him twice after one hour. He didn't pick my call. It was very bad experience for me. I haven't expected this with Pizza Hut. Always Give value to your Customers otherwise they will not come again.

        On 2nd February 2012, I had placed an order with Pizza Hut @[protected] thru my mobile [protected] at 9:30PM and their was a commitment from Pizza Hut that my order will get delivered by 10:00PM but unfortunately no one turned up till 10:25PM, I again called up Pizza Hut number[protected] and enquired about the delivery of my order. First they put me on hold for minutes and after that they confirmed that my order will take another 15 minutes, as it was previously forwarded to some other outlet.

        At last when the Pizza Hut delivery boy knocked my door at 11:00PM (90 minutes after my ordering time), I was shocked after getting the Pizza Hut Order Memo no. 43C6567465 that the ordering time mentioned on the memo was 10:33PM instead of 9:30PM.

        After getting the order memo in my hand, I asked the delivery boy to connect me to your manager. He called up his manager from his cell, but very surprisingly Pizza Hut manager refused to have a word me. I immediately asked the Pizza Hut delivery boy to go back & take the Pizza along with you. After hearing this, the delivery boy again called up his manager and informed that the customer has refused to accept the order, even then Pizza hut manager did not have a word with me and that was very humililating to me & my family members.

        The experience has left me with a very bitter taste and after a lot of harassment and humiliation, myself & my family have decided never to visit Pizza Hut, as we just cannot stoop in front of such hypocrite management.

        This complain is in particular against the Pizza Hut outlet in Vikas Puri (AEZ Square), Pizza Hut Call Center[protected] & Devyani International Limited for appointing highly discourteous & rude employees, who are least concerned about their customers.

        I hope that the authorities will make a note of it and would take necessary measures that other don't suffer a similar fate.

          my name is yogesh joshi and i resigned from the devyani international ltd as a restaurant manager position in month of august 2011.i have done everything according to thier process and system and they relieve me. but till now my full and final settelment is not done which include my 01 month salary as well.Hr team member Tino jose every week giving me worng information about my settlement not making it done till now.now i got fed up such a good company systems and procedure. they are just for nameshake spoiling company image.in my whole professional life this the 1st time i got this kind of bad exeperience. please help me out with my problem.

          Dear team,

          i worked in kfc 4years ago, i claimed my epf, they do not make it clear.While i trying to online clear, notification was showing this no, invalid.
          You guys doing totally wrong with me, not submitted my epf.
          This is my right to claim my epf.
          You are doing extreamly wrong.

              i wanted to inform you that pizza hut restaurant of company devyani international ltd , is charging different rate of service tax . the tax charged is 12.5% instead of 10.3%.
