To the manager service centre,
bike no - DL SEK 6003
purchased from Deewan baja green park
on 3 october 2019.
Bike is giving trouble in starting and running since beginning.
The complaint is not addressed even un the first service done by the authorised by sevice centre of the dealer.
In the second service again the complaint was made and noted in the job card.
It was assured the problem has been repaired properly and there would be no complaint in future.
But the bike is giving same trouble continuously.
The bike has veen given fir third sevice on dated 13 September 2020 to deliver it back by 13 September 2020 after servicing and attending the complaint completely.
In the 13th evening they informed that the complaint has not been attended and bike will be delivered back within 2 weeks time.
Again on inquiry on 27 September 2020 it is informed by the service centre manager that it will take 10 more days.
It is felt that the service centre is making false promises and unable to deliver the bike after attending the complaint from promised date and time. It is complete breach of the sale and service policy/agreement.
Please kindly note if the bike is not delivered with completely attending the complaint in starting and running of the bike and fully operational bike by the date 7th of October 2020 the matter will be taken into consumer forum.
I am spending lot of money in traveling due to non availability of bike, which will also be charged from the company.
