Dewan Bajaj — Bike DL3SES8157 service issue

I amusing Pulsal 150 which I have purchased in 2020 dec from bajaj showroom at lajpat nagar. Since then all my bike has been servicing at Dewan Bajaj service centre at Dewan Auto Okhla servicing centre. On 12th of Aug I gave my bike for servicing and received my bike on 13th Aug. I paid Rs.2939/-. But the service was clearly not satisfactory. Bike was still dirty. It was not further cleaned even after repeated request.
When I used the bike on 15th Aug I found that the hand brake is not working it is hard to press hand brake. I am unable to use the bike even after servicing done. What kind of service it is as riding this bike may lead to accident. Ki day send your mechanic to resolve the issue free of cost as I have already paid the price.
