Dewan Bajaj — Service issue

On 12th Aug I went to Deewan Bajaj service center at okhla. After receiving bike I paid Rs.2939/- though the bike was not properly cleaned even after repeated request for Bike no DL 3SES8157. After receiving bike I ride the bike on 15th Aug. I found that the hand brake is very tight and it is difficult to press the brake which may lead to accident. Kindly arrange to send any mechanic to resolve my issue at my residence free of cost as I have already paid the price.
