I need urgent cdc plzz help me... I have also 4 years back of belize cdc tried to make indian cdc before 1 year failed becz i have not rpsl letter... But now govt rules change then i applied on 18jan. But its show under process plzz help me my application no is smo (K)/2018/18 and indos no 14hl4520

Still the status is showing under process.
I need it quickly to join shipping corporation of india.
