My name is kotnala sivakesh from andhra pradesh (Vizag). I applied my cdc on 26th july 2018 application is underprocess my remainig friends got approved only i left. I don’t know what is the problem. There will be a verification regarding my marks list my friends got verified and i am left. Please check and could you please convey what is the probelm?

I submit my cdc application no. SMO(M)/2018/58441 on 7 sep 2018. But my medical data all incorrect. So i want to cancel my application so i can upload again in correct way and submit my cdc. (My application passport data is incorrect if i pay fees upload correct documents accepted/ cancelled by mmd)
Please kindly assist me
