Dg Shipping — CDC application rejected due to medical certificates details not found in master checker.

Application SMO(M)/2022/232613 has been rejected due to following reason :
Medical Certificate Details Is Not Found In Seafarer Master. Hence Rejected.

After this I did contact to my doctor and asked him to upload the medical details in master checker.
now what is the next step to get CDC?
do i need to visit dg shipping office at mumbai?
