Dg Shipping — cdc applying issue

Iam trying to applying cdc on that time because of network issue. I can't done my payment option and i can't upload my documents but if again iam trying to applying a cdc it's showing

Application has been submitted on 3/jan/2020 and application no :
Smo (K) /2020/19756

And if i check my application status it's showing

Servlet exception in:/jsp/seafarer/cdc/application status. Jsp

Respected sir/madam,
I Pradeep PS had applied for cdc[protected]. My application status shows as rejected. My application no:SMO(M)/2019/129424. At the time of filling application I entered my name wrongly. Is it possible to edit the application ???

Kindly revert me as soon as possible.
