Dg Shipping — CDC approval getting late

This is Thalakkat Shibinraj
from Kasaragod Kerala, i have applied for a fresh indian cdc on 5, December 2023. Today's date is 13 January 2024. But till now its showing "under process". Those who applied along with me, they all have already recived their indian cdc by post as I have did my pre-sea course training of six month in sea scan goa from there they have aplied it Please rectify my problem asap.
