I harold francis monteiro residing in mumbai had applied for a fresh cdc on 18/7/2018 file no smo (M) 2018/47905 n the status of the cdc still shows under process n its my third time i have applied for a fresh cdc n it been two months n its shows me under process. Sir am joining the ship soon n would love to no if for what reason it shows under process so i can resolve the issue before i leave mumbai so my application doesnt get rejected..
