I have applied for indian cdc as on 16th march 2018. The only update i got till date is that my cdc application is under verification process.

So kindly request you to do the the needful for cdc application so that i could get my cdc as soon as possible.

With reference to your letter sited, CDC Bearing No MUM 356919 dated 08 jan 2019 issue in the name of BOSE L VENKADESH.My original name is BOSE VENKADESH but CDC was issued in the name of BOSE L VENKADESH.
Hence i request to issue revised CDC for my original name of BOSE VENKADESH.
