Dg Shipping — CDC not issued as per citizen charter time/guidelines mentioned

Dear Sir/Mam,

I had applied for CDC on 21 June 2023 and it's status is still showing under verification process for last 35 days. I have tried contacting DG shipping via phone calls and emails but both are not being attended.
I am really helpless at this point as I need my CDC asap.
