Dg Shipping — cdc replacement-application approved dispatch details

Dear sir,

Kindly note i had applied for cdc replacement on 12th nov 2019. My application status is showing approved on my profile and details updated in master checker stating 4th dec 2019. However no dispatch details are updated till 20th dec 2019 and still not received the cdc. I tried to contact shipping master mumbai by writing email and calls but nobody responded so far.
Kindly dispatch and update the dispatch details and if possible the status of my cdc.
