My first cdc application was cancelled due to the reason medical team didnt add my medical certificate in the DG shipping master file. I apply my second time cdc. I want my cdc urgently. As per my joining team my joining on 4 th of November they required cdc orginal for my joining kindly do the needful and please accept my request
