Dg Shipping — CDC status not changed and dispatched

Mam/Sir, I have a applied for my CDC on 24th August 2022 and it's been almost a month, the portal shows UNDER PROCESS.Please help me with this issue and resolve it, and please look into the matter.My CDC application number is:- SMO(M)/2022/215736

Please look into the matter, and provide the latest update...
