Dg Shipping — class 2 coc revalidation sticker not received.

Good day sir/madam,

I am RAMAIAH NARENDRAN, third engineer, recently I applied for class 2 coc revalidation on 10 Dec 2019 and it got approved on 11 th Dec 2019 in Chennai mmd, still I didn't receive the revalidation sticker. I called Chennai mmd they informed me my application is approved but when trying to print it shows run time error. They told me mail egoverance regarding this issue.
