Dg Shipping — Coc not received

Sir My 2mate coc has been disptached on 24th sept 2015 bt till now i have not recevied my coc. My indos no is 10NL3832 and dob is 10/06/1993. Sir please check it out once, everyone has received there coc with dispatch date on 24th sept 2015 except me.. I hope thr authority will think about it and resolve my problem as soon as possibel
