Dg Shipping — Delay In Receiving SID Card

Good day Sir/Mam,

I, Prakhar R.K. Tiwari sailing under the capacity of 2nd Mate ( INDOS No: 10NL4366 ) would like to bring the matter to your attention that it's been more than 55 days since I completed my SID appointment in Noida MMD on 21-Feb-2023 and still I've not received my SID card. The current status of my SID shows on the site is that it has been forwarded for the printing but unfortunately there is no development being noticed within the status of my SID since 13-March-2022.

It's my humble request to you kindly look into the matter and expedite the procedure to dispatch my SID card as I'm getting delayed to join the vessel.
