Respected authority whosoever concern,
I'm mehul walanj, i'm a seafarer an indian cdc holder. From past 2 days i m trying to login my dg profile account for some indos details, but it unable to login, i haven't changed the password it's the same, indos no followed by 1. When i try to login it say click on new user. And when i go on new user and enter my indos no there they say you are already registered. Please look in to this matter as i require my information for applying for my new job at sea. I'll be very thankful if you do so.

I'm Praveen kumar from Trichy (Tamilnadu) applied for indian CDC on March 20th 2019 but still now I didn't get the CDC, status is in under verification process for 60 days.

My cdc was approved and issued one month ago and there are no dispatch details on the website available . please rectify my problem and share the dispatch details or dispatch it if not dispatched already
