I had applied my Indian CDC on 12th july 2018 on the bases of STCW . My file no is SMO(M)/2018/46937. and my indose no is 18ZL3837. Still i haven't get my CDC.
So i want to know about CDC dispatch detail.Please send me the tracking no of my CDC.
