Dg Shipping — Issue regarding dispatch of cdc

Dear sir / Madam
I have applied for Indian CDC on 07th November 2022.As I have been informed that my cdc will be received with 45days but its long time now its being more then two weeks my application is showing appoved but my cdc not yet dispatch.
Please do the needful as I need to submit it to my company. Please look into this matter.
