[Resolved] Dg Shipping — my indian cdc application approved, but cdc not dispatched

I'm jobin mathai jose from kerela, ive submitted new cdc application in SMO mumbai.
My cdc application number is smo(M) /2019/122986 dated Sep 8 2019.
My apication approved on 19 October 2019, and cdc issued and its number is MUM 400726
till today they haven't dispatched my cdc
kindly help me and do the needful.
