Dear sir/madam, i have applied for my CDC on 16 april 2018
My cdc application no. Is SMO(M) 2018/21843
I havent recieved my cdc on my address till now. Its been approved 2 months before. I request you to please provide me any tracking details or status of my cdc as fast as possible. Because i have report to my company regarding cdc. I will be very thankful to you.
