[Resolved]  DG Shipping — Refund for Fees paid Twice due to site showing unpaid status

Dear SIr,
Good day,

This is to state that while paying the fees for "GMDSS CoC Renewal", vide application No GMDSS/MMD(DL)/2025/20700, I have paid the fees twice due to some glitches in the software as the page was not refreshing and later on both payments shown as done.

Payment was paid vide following transaction Id.

1. Transaction No.[protected] by Debit Card XXXX on 04th Sept[protected] Hrs IST.
2. Transaction No.[protected] by debit card XXXX on 4th Sept[protected] Hrs IST.
Sucess payment received as per ref No. BUR3R1M0VAYHZR (confirmed after print out of form).

Kindly request to refund one of the transactions back to my account.
