Dg Shipping — replacement cdc not dispatched even after 22 days

Myself capt. Rajveer singh rathore, had applied for replacement cdc on 20th aug 2019 my application number is rep/smo (M)/2019/39196. My indos number is 00nl6815 and cdc number is ch19103

My online application status is remaining unchanged even after so many days. I tried numerous times to contact smo mumbai. But no response received.

My joining is unnecessarily getting delayed due to this problem.

I hereby request you to kindly provide me replacement cdc at the earliest.
