Dg Shipping — Seafarers Identity Document (SID) not received.

Dear sir,
I have applied sid on 16 march 2021 it's still showing (sid card has been issued and it's forwarded for printing) from past 3 months same its showing. I am requesting kindly dispatch as soon as possible to my address becouse I needed urgently.

Please note its been more than 2 months since I gave my biometrics for SID. In the SID checker it is showing once dispatched will notify you.

Please try to look into it.

I have applied for BSID on 20-June-2023.
Appointment was on 03-July-2023 for document verification & same day BSID was approved & forwarded for printing.

on 28-July-2023 application status changed to
''Your SID Card is ready and forwarded for dispatch. We will notify you as we dispatched the card.''

Since 28-July-2023 application status is same & my BSID has not been dispatched yet. I require my BSID for further renewal of certificates & joining my cruise ship as well.

Requesting you resolve the matter & assist in dispatching my BSID at the earliest.Thankyou
