Dg Shipping — SID no not yet generated even after 17 days of appln submission at mmd Noida

Good day,
My SID APPLN no is 233695, Indos no 03EL0411.
I physically submitted my SID appln and docs at mmd Noida on 30 Jan 2023.
The application status still says my application is under next level of verification.
The verification should have been completed within 10 days of application submission.
