Dg Shipping — Wrong delivery of SID card

Respected Sir,

Please note that my SID card dispatched on 22nd July with correct pincode (209801) for its destination however it was delivered on 25th July at wrong address in Jhunjhunu H.O. Despite complaining to India post, I did not receive my SID card.

Request to re-send my SID card. Following are my details.
