Dgs Sol — harassing for court case even after receiving noc

I m Nimit.

I had taken up work from DGS SOL on assurance of Mr. Akshay. I thought I would take up my work so that I could earn some extra as I m in need of money. But I was unable to complete the work on time. For which I rec'd a mail from their advocate Mr. Rajeev Patil that he will file a legal notice against me. I paid them total 28, 800/- for non completion of work for no more assignments and digital signature. I also recd the NOC on 13 March 2019. But today 22.03.19 I again rec'd the call from the advocate that my file has been trfd to Delhi court and they will call me for signature on the basis of my digital signature. I don't know how they are misusing my digital signature. I don't know on which paper they have taken my signature. Plz I don't want to get involved in any court case and don't want to pay any amount. I don't know where they are using my digital signature. They had said it was a one time digital signature. Plz help else I will commit suicide. I m mentally disturbed now. I am having the same problem. U even paid them Rs. 28, 800/- for not sending any legal notice. and now I am been told that I will have to go to Delhi court for signature. They have taken my digital signature . Plz help as I m not in a condition to pay a single penny. Suicide is the only step left for me. As again they are playing conspiracy to take more money from me.

I don't kNow where my digital signature is being used. I will take help from Modi ji. I don't know where they will misuse my digital signature.
