[Resolved]  Dgs Sol — asking for extra money by advocate to close legal case with company

Hello, i got a call from dgs company on 11th march 2019 around 1 pm and ms. Anchal ([protected]) was the caller, to do online form filling job, at that time i said no and i disconnect the call but after 1 hour they called me again to do form filling work forcefully i again said no and they did this again on next day they called me from another number and told that they pay me rs.20000 for 800 forms which i have to do it in 8 days and for which the dgs sol company require my identity proof like aadhar card, pan card and photo to join. As a student i need money to pay my coaching fees therefore i started the form filling work, first two days work was normal but on third days the site ff. Bpoworks.in of dgs sol took too long to open then i called to company helpline number to solve the issue, the said me that the site will open on next day at 10 am after than i will login and that happened (Out of 8 days 1 day site closed). So therefore i couldn't manage to filled 800 forms on time so i called them for solutions, they said me that i have to pay rs.8500 for extension of minimum 7 days and maximum 10 days this was happened at 2pm and they called me 3pm again to pay the rs.8500 immediately to avoid any legal action against on me after 4pm.. They forced me to do this before 4pm on date[protected]. At that time i paid the extension fee rs.8500 in bank account of dgs sol here the details:

And the site works again on[protected] but again after three days the site had error in opening and i called on number by which dgs contacting me and said me that i have to do browsing history clear to make login normally.. And i did that thing. But the site not run good in extension days and on[protected] they locked the id and without any information and this they did it in within 7 days but extension is given for 10 days. On[protected], i got an email ([protected]@gmail.com) at 11:24 am from advocate mr rajiv singh and a call from a number [protected] at 11:30am in which he said that he will process the job work profile of mine of company dgs sol in court and take legal action against me on monday[protected] at 10am so to get relief from court case and any notice i have to pay rs.12550 immediately to dgs sol company in their bank account. I asked him why he force me to pay the money immediately then he said his office timing is upto 2 pm after which no work process till monday morning 10 am. I asked him about his id proof of advocate he refused me to provide any details about him and forced me to make online payment as soon as possible either rs.12550 or whatever i can do immediately. After an hour at 1:30 pm he called me again and forced me to pay the amount to avoid any legal action against me. I didn't pay the money at that time. At 3 pm he called me again and told me to pay rs.12550 till 5pm and asked to send transaction details on his email id along with bank details of dgs sol company. Again i didn't pay any amount and with for next day monday morning 10 am to contact with dgs sol to verify about advocate and information and i sent an email to dgs about issue and trying to make call on number [protected] and [protected] but both numbers are switched off but in both are running during work hours but now they are switched off. I don't know is this company is fraud or not but cheated on me and i want to file a complain against dgs sol and it's attachment to make forced me to do their job.
Please help me in this matter.
