Hi,

This is in regard to the order confirmation number ds38908.

I have placed this order on 14th of august, 2016 through dhamaal.com. Videocon 32" hd led tv. As prompted by the system made the payment of rs 6, 899/-thereafter i haven't heard any from the team, even tried reaching the customer care through phone but in vain.

The product is not yet delivered.

Please let me know the status or the next step to be taken.

Updated by Sunny Bokurla I have received several calls from different people stating they are from damaalshop.com and asking me my debit card number, exp date and the cvv on the card. I just wanted to inform the callers, no company will ask for these information to refund the amount, so please stop fooling around. I bought few refurbished goods in abroad and I had no issues till date, as all the refurbished items are directly marketed by the manufacturer. By seeing the same kind of add in India thought India has developed a lot but was wrong. We cannot change.

A while ago I received one more call asking me to forward the confirmation email which I had received immediately after making the payment.

Please let me know if I can forward the details to the said email address given by the caller ie support. Complaint @India. Com, kindly advise.

Due to irregularities in the manufacturing department, this inconvenience has been caused to you. We are also flooded with a large number o[censored]nexpected orders this that month and all this has led to this delay. If you have still not received amount we request you to please visit your nearest branch along with the details which you have received while placing the order and request you to raised the charge back sheet the bank will refund your amount with in a TAT.

We are trying our best to minimize the delay as much as possible to reduce your trouble. We have equipped our departments with more number of staffs to make much better business for ours valuable customers.
