Dear Sir,
I would like to request you i ordered boAt Rockerz 400 Bluetooth Wireless On Ear Headphones With Mic With Upto 8 Hours Playback & Soft Padded Ear Cushions(Black/Blue) × 1 in ₹499 on[protected].After then till yet this product is not delivered at my address. If i try to follow up with them they assist oder will deliver as per delivery policy .So I want to know what is this website delivery policy, while already 15 days more has spent despitely didn't get the product. Kindly do the needful.

I have placed online order for (Renewed) Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G (Phantom Silver, 12GB RAM, 256 Storage) at the company's website www.bookmysale.co.in. The Order was placed on 9th August, 2023.
Payment for the said product was also made through the Credit Card. Amount Paid is Rs 2899/-

I have been trying to reach the company officials, but the phone is not reachable. I have sent them emails asking for an update on the order fulfillment. Each time i have sent an email, i get auto response stating that as per the delivery policy, the product will be handed over to the dispatch team within 7 - 15 days from the date of order placement.

Already 11 days have passed but there is no update on the product delivery.

I am attaching herewith the photocopies of the email communication and order confirmation.

Request you to kindly help me get the product delivery or refund of the amount paid.

I saw advertisement online & based on that feedback, ordered touch phone on cart24 website dated 4.3.22 for Rs. 2599/-. After a long wait and huge follow-up, I received keypad phone of Rs. 200-300 on 10.3.22 through Dhamaalshop.com. Order Id is CAT241428. Website from where product was purchased is https://www.cart24.co.in. I am Feeling cheated & harassed as promised product & delivered product both are different in specifications, look, feature & price. There is no contact Number or Toll Free Number given on company’s website to talk to them. One E-mail ID is given on company’s website- [protected]@cart24.co.in. Mail sent on that E-mail ID but there is no response.

I've ordered (Order no- 1219, Dt.-26th June 21) smart phone from website https://www.zoomshop.co.in/ but received basic phone.

I've called several times on customer service number [protected] but not get connected. Sent so many emails but no response.
Regarding this problem, I request you for a refund of my full payment amount if the refund cannot be completed within one more week. I have to file a complaint at the consumer forum against your company.

Under my order no. 1103 dated 20.06.2021 under your luck by chance scheme you have sent me today delivery by speed post, a third class unbranded mobile devise instead of refurbished realme pro 5 mobile devise as per your email dated 20.06.2021 and 23.06.2021.
i want immediately refund of my total money 2899.00 as i dont want this your third class mobile devise.

I have seen a add in navbharat times e paper that there is realmi 5 pro refurbished sale on freekamal.co.in, i booked it but i got wrong mobile which is very ordinary phone 11 days.

This phone was in dhamaalshop.com packing even address of both company is same.

I need my payment back, i paid to zoom commerce company which is in patna bihar. All the costomer care is unreachable even no one reply on mail.
