Dhamaalshop.com — Mobile Phone delivered is not working

I have ordered mobile brand bemobile from dhamaalshop with order no DS5762. Firstly The mobile which I have received is not working at all. I tried to communicate with them through calls and mails. The Phone number which they mentioned in site never connects and none of them were responded to mails. Even the mails to the their id [protected]@dhamaalshop.com bounces back. I need the replacement of the mobile or refund the money.
