We have booked two numbers redmi note 4 in online with our hdfc credit card on 11/04/17 order#[protected], after payment completion, order has been declined and our payment has not been refunded.

Please find the below screen shots fyi & refund our payment or provide (2 pcs) redmi note 4 mobiles.
