Sir, i was booking sony power bank dt.14/07/2016, mera bank se rs. 369/- chala gaya hai. Mere pass jo mail aaya hai usme likha hai "aapka product pending mein haii. Ab mein customer care mein call martha hoon tho, call customer care mein jathe cut ho jatha haiii. Please ya tho product de do nahi tho amt. Bank mein returns kariye. My mobile no. Hai [protected]

Updated by sonu@2014 Sir, Maine kal aapko complain kiya that ki Sony ka power bank Dt. 14/07/2016 ko dhamaal shop she online book kiya . usme mere a/c se 370/- cut gaya lakin badme maine profile mein dekha tho order pending dikha raha hai aur na tho money return hua or nahi kisi ka phone aaya. Kal aapko complained karthe hi mere pass phone aaya ki dhamaal shop se bol raha hoon, aapka paisa vapas karne ke liya aapka card no., month, exp. Year pucha tho Maine bats diya, uske bad me mujse card ke piche ka 3 no. puchne par Maine mana kiya aapko nahi bats sakta tho unhone viswas diya ki kuch nahi hoga aapka amt. vapas Marne ke liye hai, phir otp code pucha air mere a/c se 559/- cut gaya tho dubara meine call kiya ki mera a/c se amt cut gaya tho unhone kaha ki dmat hua hai aur vapas aajayega . 200 rs. Ka aapko gift voucher milega aisa karke 559/- cut karliya dubara call karke yehi repeat karke 559/- cut kar liya. Ab total amt. 1488/- (370+559+559) . unhone phone par kaha ki 4 pm ko total amt. Aajayega par nahi aane par 4:30 pm ko phone kiya tho Abhi ho jayega karne lage. Kal 20 se 25 call kiya par mere amt. Abhi take nahi aaya hai. Please mera amt. Dilane mein meri help kariye.
