I have brought a smart watch on march9.
When delivery man comes i told him to show me first in the packed box but he refused me by saying that there is not allowed . He first took the payment and gone away.when i open this box the smart watch is properly wraped but after unwrape i saw many scretches on watch and i am going to switch on this watch but watch doesnt operate .Then i called this comsumer care of this company . They told me to press the switch button for long time.But it doesnt works, i told this things to consumer care of this company but they dont pick my call then i tried by my another contact then they told me to explain my query in e-mail which was sent by them.
