Dhamaldiscount — Fake products and wrong products

Respected sir,
I have ordered a product in dhamaldiscount website and i received the product which is not working and wrong brand.so i called as well as mailed to dhamldiscount. whenever i call to them they did not respond properly and disconnect my call without giving any proper information. after that i received a mail regarding the complaint.the first mail i send them on 5th march and received a proper mail regarding the complaint on 14th march. Now i will post the conversation with them the way how they respond.

MI power bank is not working
and i received wrong product of head sets instead of sony heads
please please process my request as soon as possible.

Dear Buyer
Your product is lying under no warranty and no guarantee Which is already mentioned on product page. So we can not refund or exchange the product.

but i received wrong product of headsets what about that.
of course there is no warranty but it is not working when i received its your minimum responsibility as you said its mi powerbank with sony head sets but mi powerbank is also fake one i go to mobile store and show the product which i received try to understand customer query if not you lost your loyalty.

You have received a power bank with same capacity so it doesn't matter which brand you have received because we are selling it already with too low prices..

Swapna: then why you specified that brand name you guys cant understand what iam saying the product is not working k i will report to consumer court then we will see there
