I tried my rent paying via phone pay using dhani app. The money got deducted from the dhani account and didn't get transferred to the reciever. Upon checking with phone pay money got refunded. But in the dhani app it's still showing i have to pay the instillments. now my card is blocked. my account is showing inactive. for the money which has been refunded I am being asked to pay my dues. please do the needful as soon as possible.
