I received a call from [protected], that from customer client service, they told me to activate my debit card and transferred my all amount into this app.
please go through the problem and get solved, even i'm not having account on dhani, i don't know anything about this app. please help me soon to get my money back it's very urgent for me.

Not REFUNDING my Money

REFUND is not credited of order id EP3955025 on Dhani online shopping app.
I want to Cancel a prepaid order on dhani before it was shipped but the customer support team of dhani told me that it can't be cancelled now. To Cancel the order I have to deny to accept the order when it will be attempted for delivery, and the REFUND shall be credited within 7 days of returning the product. Screenshots of this chat has been attached below.
As told by them, when attempted for delivery on 7th june by DTDC delivery, i have refused to accept the order.

Now even after more than 14 days, Still the REFUND is not credited in the original source. And now today on 25 june, the Customer support is denying to REFUND my money.
Please HELP me to get REFUND.

Didn't deliver my order and cancelled it.
I orderd around 5 product by dhani 1 month ago but they didn't deliver these product and whenever I call customer service they don't attend my call.

Didn't deliver my product
I orderd around 10+product by dhani 1 month ago but they didn't deliver these product and whenever I call customer services they says wait 2 days but till now they didn't deliver and now they have cancelled these product.

Fraud Company
They started a ₹9 store for attracting customers to order. Then we saw and ordered. They do not offer Cash On Delivery and only take online payments. We payed them the amount that was required to confirm order. 10 days passed and there was no update on the order and was not still delivered. We called the customer care 15 times and they said we have registered your complain but no complain was registered and no action was taken. Totally a fraud company that's why they take online payments. Strict action should be taken against them. They are making us fool by offering such deals. Shame on Dhani. We want our order to be delivered as soon as possible. We have already registered complaint in the company 10 times but no response or delivery.

NOC pending

I have taken loan from Dhani app and have cleared the same.
When asked for NOC they are sending mails that there is a payment bounce.
I missed 2 payments and payed penalty for one other When I checked on the same day with the customer care team, they told me it is not required as payment is done immediately.
Customer care number is not working[protected], nor received any proper response from the team . I am following up from the month of Feb
As the amount got deducted in the second pay cut cycle. Please confirm this at the earliest. Thank you

Recovery person now mentally harrassing
I am Madhur.
Before I use dhani card amount for my some expenses.
In nowdays due to some financial issue.
I am not able to pay my due amounts.
But I am trying to pay.
10-15 days before dhani recovery person visit to my previous address and after that he call me and litterally threatened me that if I will not pay then he will not leave from there
Any how I will arrange 2500 and pay and request him to leave.
He is not ready but after some time he leave
Same day i am arrange from my friend 10000 and pay on same day and i told him that remains amount I will pay after my salary.
2 days before he again call me and again saying if I will not pay today then next day he send police and advocate to my home.
Same day anyhow I pay 3000 rs.
Now these Dhani recovery agent litterally mentally harrassing me.
He calling me and saying that they will send police to my house.
It's very pathetic and bad experience which i got from dhani.

Dhani one freedom card fee
Sir my name is balram rajpoot...i am using dhani services since July 2021.in beginning dhani has offered me free trial of its credit limit ...i didn't pay any subscription fee and not activated any credit limit..but now dhani is showing total due of 4787 rupees till now...monthly subscription fee 707.
Sir my complaint can be explained in these points-
1. When you are offering me free trial of dhani credit limit then why you are demanding me to pay monthly subscription fee.
2.i have not activated any credit limit so why you hve activated limit and now you are demanding subscription fee.
Please resolve my query otherwise I will take legal action againt dhani fraud .

Monopoly of Earning...
This is literally the worst Credit line I've ever used.paid all of my dues and Guess what the option to 'cancel Subscription' Just vanished. Instead it's Showing active plan, Even when it's already activated. I can't even use the credit line, The Limit is Gone. They still keep charging me the subscription fees every month, and i've to pay otherwise my credit score will drop. The Support is not just terrible, It's Non-existant...

Refund from amazon was not credited in dhani
Hlo i am using Dhani card i have purchased some products in amazon i have paid rs.2498 from my dhani rupay ****4884 card and unfortunately my order was cancelled..and then the amazon have processed the refund of rs.2498 and the estimate date of refund was 2-1-2022 but in even time refund was not credited in my dhani account ...next i have contacted amazon and asked about the refund.. the have told, they have successfully transferred the amount and they provide me RRN number also ..and they tell to contact you and provide the RRN number and they will refund your money they have informed me so that i have contacted you...so i am kindly providing below the details of RRN, My registered dhani mobile number...

I tried my rent paying via phone pay using dhani app. The money got deducted from the dhani account and didn't get transferred to the reciever. Upon checking with phone pay money got refunded. But in the dhani app it's still showing i have to pay the instillments. now my card is blocked. my account is showing inactive. for the money which has been refunded I am being asked to pay my dues. please do the needful as soon as possible....

Pleas help me out I have already paid 500 nd closed the dhani app months ago nd now they are asking about money dn saying charges are due ..please resolve it .during the starting of app I was not told that everything is freee nothing wil be charged.but now they are charging so much please save..

My self Anand Sharma[protected] form Punjab Zirapur.I am a new user of Dhani app but I didnt even got card from company and i have maid all payments as i have used app 4 months back for recharge .But customer care is calling again n again for unusual amount and subcription charges late fees etc...Even i am not using this app from last 4 months.Agent is coming again and again at my house for the same and doing misbehaive with my parents .Even they abuse on call also.They have given totaly wrong information to me in initially sage to login my num.They said its totaly free of cost 0% intrest and no monthly rental no subsription no late fee nothing but now its all done by them and even they are not closing it .I will not pay this amount as i didnt used anything .Kindly help me for this

Scam of using money of individual and ignoring the complaints.

An app called #Dhani provides free cashback cards for transactions.
Every time they call their user to subscribe for another card that is chargeable and they call multiple times in a single day which is irritable.
Also, I think this is a big scam because their management is not reliable as they are not proceeding with the user's request in their given time, and every time they give the excuse to wait for 24 to 48hrs and no one connects from their side for the issue registered from the user side, but they always call for to subscribe their chargeable cards. I have also gone through youtube and social media like Twitter where many people have a negative view of this app.
They also ask for the user's Pan Card directly through emails to delete an account which the user provides while doing KYC at the initial stage of registering on the app(which they can fetch any time while facing any issue by the user but they ask it in the open email which is not reliable).
They also send a physical card without opting for it ( which this app provides as a virtual card) from the user side.

I am raising this on behalf of all the victims whose issue had been ignored which gives me doubt about this app, also I went through social media, youtube which give a positive sign to raise this as a complaint.

I used phonepe app for rent payment through dhani cashback card.

Beneficiary transfer amount not credited
I made a beneficiary transaction from dhani wallet to bank account of Rs.140 at 9:02PM. but not received the amount.

Can't able to login
First of all Dhani app not working properly so I did clear cache and clear data after I went for login but it's show " something went wrong please try again later. I tried so many times but can't login in Dhani app
