Dhani Healthcare Limited — Not helping to return wrong medicines as per the policy

I had ordered heart disease related medicines for my father on 5th September 2021. Dhani pharmacy has supplied wrong medicine than I ordered. After noticing I immediately contacted customer care and asked for the return of the products but they are bluffing and not helping. Customer care people are careless answers.

Tried continuously for 7days. Now it is not helping that is why raising the complaint.
