I have ordered through Dhani mobile application on Dt.17th June 2022 and made online payment. My delivery date was 20th June. But even after 28 days period, I have not received my ordered items OR my refund amount.
I have complaint through mail, but no response.

I had ordered heart disease related medicines for my father on 5th September 2021. Dhani pharmacy has supplied wrong medicine than I ordered. After noticing I immediately contacted customer care and asked for the return of the products but they are bluffing and not helping. Customer care people are careless answers.

Tried continuously for 7days. Now it is not helping that is why raising the complaint....
