Dhani Loans — Amount settled fully as per the agreement but it is showing outstanding, is illegal. please solve it

Loan ID: IDOFDEL17171055, it shows sanctioned amount ₹1, 610 and current balance ₹2, 678 & amount overdue as ₹494. I have not applied a loan as mentioned above.
