Hello Sir/Mam, I have paid my dues and I have got the NOC certificate and it shows no dues on the app. However, on CIBIL website it shows that Rs 9051 is overdue. Account No CL24997586 on CIBIL. Please check this issue as it is impacting my CIBIL report. Dhani Loans is not responding. I have attached the screenshot with no dues on the application....

But i paid all pending amount and collected Noc from you

Sir I have returned the dhani loan amount with all the interest and have given another 500 rupees more which did not benefit me nor did I get any facility from them even though I have paid the entire amount.

I have paid all my dues in month of April 2022 but it's still showing the balance of 12000 in my civil score continuously .have contact customer care many times but unfortunately did not get any reply and problem is still there no support at all only making th3 customers fool and asking them hidden charges and per month subscription charges whether you use or not, but apart from this I have paid all the amount and charges .kindly resolve my problem

I am using dhani one freedom card from 2 yrs. I just came to know that they are putting false report in cibil like overdues etc. My limit is 5000 but they are showing 100000 in cibil in total 4 loan account. I had mailed 50 times but they are not responding. Please help.

I have closed the loan from Dhani longtime back but still since last 2 months there is unwanted debit from my account without my knowledge.
Am not getting any info on cancelling the auto debit to stop these.

i have applied a loan on dhani loans app. and i have paid on time payments i cleared the total loan amount in single and it was in first payment but they are not closed the my credit line account they are charging every month. my credit score will be fall down it is effecting on my career and future loans. last month the amount is Rs.1 /- But now it was Rs.475.22 it was unable to pay on that app sir. please help me to safe relief from this loan other wise i will die for this reason because i have a family and i am the only one person money earning in my family my No:[protected]

Dhani App or Dhani Card I used since FEB 2021 and used this card for various purpose.

On 03-June-2021 I foreclose all EMI and Loans But Dhani continuously Hit my ECS in my account and bounced it charges 177 every time.

I wrote mail many times and request for close my loans but the didn't.
After sent many mails one of the executive call me and ask about issue and then again no solution.

There is no customer care service they gives me[protected]
but there is no one to take calls its a loop.

Dhani makes fool to his customers

Once customer use dhani they trapped and pay fine and EMI forcefully.

This is request to all please don`t use Dhani APP its totally fraud.

I was having loan with dhani app. I have paid my dues on 12th June but still ECS is not cancelled. My bank is deducting 295 rs everyday due to dishonoring ECS. I am tired trying number of call center and office. No one is picking calls .

Hi, Team this is to inform you that i had applied for a personal loan on Dhani Loans and they texted me on whatsapp. I have given all the details with regards to KYC, Salary slips and bank statement. Then i get a notification saying 2, 50, 000 sanctioned.
Apparently, They asked me Rs.6, 500, Rs.11568, Rs.15649, Rs.19839 respectively for processing fees, loan agreement, Insurance and security deposit. I will attach all the bank details. Please get back to me on this

I took the Freedom Card from Dhoni's application from 12/04/2021 . but one day later he asks me to give it to his emi. We know that after 45 days on a credit card you have to pay Emi. But here he is asking the next day. Another thing. Here it is said that Free Emi. There will be no charge. No interest has to be paid. However, I used only 980 rupees. I have to give three emi. However, one of my emi is taking a total of 1311 rupees for 3 times. This is complete fraud. Because they said there would be no interest.
