Dhani — No response from customer care

I signed up for dhani super saver card for 5% cashback. I tried to load 10k rs into the account after adding in small amounts for first few times. After entering the otp for the txn of 10k in the app, i got an error page in dhani but amount was debited from the account. So i emailed the company for initiating the refund along with mobile number i used for registration and customer id and the message from bank about the transaction. I got a reply which says 'this is in reference to your request / inquiry regarding loan application.' and asking for loan application number. This is the incompetence level of their customer care. I have posted the same asking for initiating refund in twitter as well as instagram in which they ask me to send mobile number in private message which i did immediately and still no response from them. Now i waiting for getting the 10k rs from this incompetent and pathetic customer service. So avoid loading money to dhani wallet, 5% cashback is just a scam and i saw many complaints raised by others.

No refund for the failed transaction even after 5 days. Only response from customer service is a robotic email which says any amount will be refunded in 48-72 hours.

Sending email from 18th June, still no luck.

Called customer care and raised the issue as well.
