Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I had an offer from Dhani One Freedom Card which had given me Rs.2000 credit line per month, my registered mobile number for the same is [protected]. The actual problem is that I had used that card for small loan and was paying the monthly EMI within given period but from last month I am unable to pay my due amount of Rs.218 and i am getting overdue message from Dhani One Freedom Card company. When I am going to pay my EMI, its showing that my credit line request could not be processed. And there is no such link through which I can repay my dues and its going to affect my civil. I contacted One Freedom Customer support for the same but still they have not provided any solutions to it. I mailed twice to customer support and called once and requested them to atleast provide a payment link so that I can pay my dues but till date they have not helped me. I don't want my civil score to be affected at any cost. Hence help me to resolve my problem. I am attaching the error message screenshot for your reference.
