I had already paid my all due amount but i an unable to use your card because every time i transfer 500rs it not divided by 3 installment and i can't do next transaction because it showing your wallet hasn't enough amount and it showing me due amount of 500 so i can use only 500 rs. And your subscription fee is 238rs for 1 month 😂😂 so what you think i am stupid or what. I will have to pay...

I used 400 on dhani one freedom and added to Paytm but the transaction was failed now dhani is charging me for the amount as it shows as i used...

I received a call from Dhani saying physical card would be sent and they spelled my address for confirmation and I corrected and they sent sms with otp for confirmation. I informed them and amount of 14, 900 got deducted.

Card swipe at PayU Payments Pvt Ltd. Gurgaon HRIN at 6.31 PM today.

I have been using the card correctly and paying the dues on time. They are fraudulently charging me late fees even though i am paying my dues on time. I can totally relate. I got trapped in this Trap of DHANI.

I have DHANI ONE FREEDOM CARD which gave mi 5000 limit first but I can spend 10% of it in day but I refused to use it and Uninstalled the DHANI APP. But then they called me daily to use it I still refused

Then they increased my limit to 25000. This is a big amount as middle class student.

I started using it but when I used more than 50%...

I had claered my dues but my dhani card is still in active till now...

I have drop Complain to customercare dhani and also on dhani official tweeter 0latforms more than 50 times but no solution from last 60 days. Local and nation recovery calls are coming with lots of threatning and abuse way....

Recently I Have Maded The Transaction Of Rupees 2740/- To Dhani From Paytm.The Payment Was Successful From Paytm, But Didn't Reach To Dhani,

I Have Called Bank, Paytm, Dhani, And Verified The Payment Made.But Resolution From Dhani Coz Its Dhani Should Respond Properly.

U Have Left Soo Many Mail, in Return they Respond Nothing About The Refund Nor I Got A Call From Them.

I did 12455 Rs. transaction on Dhani pay account via Razorpay on 5th January 2022. first time my money got deducted, it was not updated in Dhani nor Amiunt is Refunded again and the money was not reversed. today is 20 January almost 15 working days has been completed but still, I have not received my 12455 Rs. and whenever I try to contact their customer care they never answer my call...

I have applied for Dhani One Freedom Card and paid the Subscription fees of Rs.500. After that by seeing their terms and condition, i have never used that card cancelled the card through the app and inform the same to customer care through phone. This happened on March 2021.

When I apply for Dhani give me super saver option to activate and get 5% more cashback but after I join Dhani I can't find any option to activate super saver in my app and I am request about so many times at support ID and customer care number but they are not able to resolve my problem every time I am send a mail the only reply I get is ticket number but no any kind of call back or or satisfying answer from them...

And also their application have error which fetch wrong name details after kyc done and because of that customer face problem when calling in customer care they ask to talk to father...
