Flat booked for powai gardenia in 2011

There is no sign of any construction there leave aside the delivery of the flat.
A number of calls were made, since all these people are jailed there is no response from them. The company has shifted from ghatkopar to new premises in kanjur marg. All contact numbers are fake / closed, unable to contact anybody for cancellation and money refund from them please help me to get my money back
