I have invested in Dhanista Group's Chirag Nagar Project more than 12 years back till date there is no project and they have not yet refunded my money back. Worst thing is that now there is no office of builder, no site, no contact person.

Please help me to recover my money...

My Dhani Loan Account No.IPERNAS03776972 was closed dtd.12th May 2021. but still it's shoes outstanding, Dhani is not issue me NOC letter.

I have paid all my emis but my dhani one freedom card status is inactive. Can I know how can I activate my dhani one freedom card. And I have no current emis due date, yet it is asking me pay 2419 to activate my one freedom card. And how can I pay full repayment immediately. Can you please resolve this issue. I want to utilize one Freedom card services. I am all the screen shots required to go through my issue.

I have booked a 1BHK (566 sq. ft. area) flat on 3rd floor in your ‘Sai Palace’ project’s at Shivane-Pune on 9th Oct 2014.
I cancelled the booking on 16-Oct-2015. After that Dhanista Group gave many commitments for refund the amount. I have not received single Rs till date..
There is no sign of any construction there leave aside the delivery of the flat.

As this people are not starting the project in which we have invested our money for purchase of flat, nor they are refunding the money. So we should get together and lodge a fir and register the case against them for getting our money back.

I yogindra mantri, paid 16 lakhs to dhanistha builder in 2011. He committed me flat of 2 bhk in powai possession for 2013. But till date he has not started construction. On contacting them regularly he always gave answer that waiting for govt clearance and we thought they r genuinely in trouble, but today i got the news that whole team ran away and they r not taking my calls. Offices are locked. I am worried. If any one have any details plz call me on [protected]. I am retired person and can't bear the loss, plz help.

I have booked flat in ghatkopar project 4 years back. Till now there is no update from their side.

They have shifted their location from ghatkopar, they changed their numbers as well. No proper address and no contact number provided.

They have been fooling people and collecting innocent people's money.

Need to come together and fight for it.

I hve work with them for 2 years. And they are not releasing my salary (56k) from last 2 years.

They say that, will clear in this month but they just give fake promise.

They don't reply to text or they dont answer calls.

Buyers beware of dhanista group fraudsters and liers comprising of devdas rao tejasvi rao swoparnika rao_atawane nandita rao bhavna menon. Telling bull and cock stories when it comes for refund of money. Guyz never ever invest with this cheaters gang.
I have invested rs13, 68, 699 in nov 2015 and submitted withdrawal in nov 2016. Despite innumerous phone calls and emails my hard earned moneg is not refunded.

Fraudsters/ cheaters of this group are devdas bhujang rao, sowparnika rao atawane, nandita rao, bhavana menon, tejasvi rao. Don't trust them at all.

Now they have started a new project in mulund

I would like to have your attention on the issue that i am going through.
I had invested around 25 lakhs (Via a personal loan) in one of the sra project since 2013-14...

I have invested 3years back no any response from this group every time they just tell we are waiting for loi and now they started saying that rera registration is pending no any response getting from these people this builders is fulling everyone. Dhanista group is a fraud and cheater group i invested rs 30 lacs 3 years back they promised me a flat in mumbai area and possession by 2017 or else money wil be refunded with interest but till date there is no sign of work going there, moreover whenever i ask for my refund there executive swopanika just goes on leaves she is the only one who has got all the diseases from the world when it comes for refund and bhavana is playing a best side actor role, they keep on lying every time and keep on giving bull [censored]ttt reasons.
Builders are not at all bothered to look into case. They are not capable of doing anything they such # ate ally money and still not sign of refund till date
Don't invest in dhanista group or any of their partners it's a genuine request.
My next complaint will be with maharera if my money is not returned in 10 days

I have booked one apartment house 3 years ago with the investment huge amount. Project is not started till date. I have contacted them for withdrawal my full invested amount with interest. Even i have filled their withdrawal form and submitted in sept. 2016. But still i could not get return my money.

I was visited their ghatkopar office so many times, but only i am getting tarikh pe tarikh. First they have told me month of nov. Then march, then may, now they have told me august 2017. Now this is too much, i am getting tired with those people. I have sent lot of email to sales department as well as finance department. But that lady is not responding on my emails even she is not picking my phone call also. If you go to the office then they are giving lot of excuses.

Hope so i will get money return on 20/aug 2017 without any reason or excuse.

Hi, I too have invested in Dhanista Group's Mulund(E) project since 2011. But still whenever I ask for update only then I receive the same (OLDcorrespondence) with date change that they are awaiting LOI /CC along with other approvals. The owners and their heirs do not have time to meet/speak with me and Only the sales girl/incharge keeps repeating the same Old story of Not getting approvals or would be getting soon and the work would commence soon. Finally in June'2015 I asked them for Refund and since then NO communication from their end.They even do not respond to the emails sent to them.
Kindly note that all other projects in the neighborhood of Gavanpada Mulund(E) have started in 2010/2011 and they all have been completed by their respective builders/developers along the main roads and the adjacent bylanes of Gavanpada which is quiet visible n evident. Anyone could go themselves to check-out the same.
Now am planning to go ahead with FIR and further proceedings. Thanks
