I have booked a flat in the year 2011 in the project redevelopment of Sankalp co-op hsg society. Builder sales manager Ms.Bhavana Mahajan took heavy cash & cheque. Now Dhanshree developer is informing verbally that they have transfered their rights to another developer and now new developer asking again money. Project is incomplete.
