Dhanunjaya Travels — Need refund from dhanunjaya travel multi-axel bus

Hi, My Name is krishna reddy. I faced an issue with New dhanunjaya travel when i am travelling from Hyderabad - Bangalore on 15th June 2015 and the bus is Volvo AC B9R Multi-axel Semi Sleeper, PNR: ABRS3658263 Order ID: [protected]. I am raising the complaint to get the refund, as the bus got overheat and the driver has not provided any solution apart from telling to go by other bus. we crossed kurnool @ 4:30AM and the driver stopped bus and told everyone to get down and go by other bus, as the existing bus got overheat and unable to proceed the travel. we are helpless that time as there are no busses to run that time to bangalore. we have struggled alot to reach bangalore and we spent 500rs from kurnool to bangalore(kurnool-anantapoor-bangalore).
